Q. What is included with my Pretty Soirée package?
A. Aside from everything listed on our packages page, we deliver, set up and pack up - you don't need to do a thing! Our team will style your Pretty Soiree and make sure the party is ready to go!
Q. What size is the mattress?
A. Our mattresses are "junior" size (160cm x 70cm). They come with a fitted mattress sheet.
Q. What payment is required?
A. We require a $100 deposit to secure your booking, with the remaining balance to be paid 7 days prior to the event date. A bond also needs to be paid, the amount will be advised at the time of booking.
Q. What happens if any Pretty Soirees property is damaged or missing during the hire period?
A. As per our "Terms & Conditions", you are responsible for the monetary cost of replacing anything that cannot be repaired, cleaned or missing. for example, urine on a mattress cannot be removed so will need to be replaced. A bond needs to be paid, the amount will be advised at the time of booking.
Q. How much space will I need?
A. Tents are approximately 90cm wide and 160cm long. To fit a party of 5 tents in a row comfortably, you will need approximately 4.5m x 1.7m. Allow another 30cm for the breakfast trays to go in front of the tents.
We can always arrange tents in a different way if needed, opposite each other or L shape. Please contact us for more info. Our large lace Teepees are 117cm wide, 117 deep and 160 high. Don't forget the mattress will hang out the front!
Q. Can I get a different style or colour theme?
A. All of our packages are customisable. Please email us with what theme you require, and we will try our best to accommodate.
Q. Can I hire a tent for my son during my daughters party?
A. Yes - we can set up a sibling tent in any theme specifically for them so they won't be left out, we can set up in the same room or another room.
Q. How are the teepee's cleaned?
A. All bedding and linens are dry-cleaned after each hire using sensitive washing liquid. Mattresses, teepee covers, cushions and decorative items are spot cleaned when necessary.
Q. Are the teepees waterproof?
A. No they are not.
Q. What is the hire period?
A. We prefer to set up in the afternoon/morning prior to the party, and pack up the next morning, however times can be negotiated depending on your needs.
Q. Can I hire teepees for more than one night?
A. This can be arranged, simply make a note with your enquiry.
Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. A minimum of 3 days notice must be given for requests to change the date of their hire booking. The customer’s request can then be granted on the proviso that preferred date is available. A request to change dates within 3 days of booking will be denied.
Q. What happens if we have to cancel our party due to Covid Lockdowns?
A. If there is a government mandatory Covid Lockdown during your booking period all deposits will be fully refunded.
Q. Do you deliver to all suburbs of the Gold Coast free of charge?
A. We service the Central Gold Coast area, anything more than 20km from Labrador QLD incurs a $85 travel fee. If a party is over 5 people we also charge a $85 fee.
We can certainly deliver further than these areas, (subject to time & availability) however a fee will apply depending on your exact location - please contact us for further details.
